Al Jazeera correspondent Peter Greste, producers Mohammed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed have appeared in court for the sixth time. Abdulla al Shami, the fourth Al Jazeera journalist in detention, has been held in Egypt for more than six months and has been on hunger strike since January 21.
