BATBOUT BREAD (PITA BREAD)

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup of semolina if not available
use CHAKKI ATTA flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of u instant yeast
1 cup of warm water


Filling..

Ingredients
1/2 kilo if minced beef
1 medium onion small diced
3 cloves of minced garlic
parsley finely chopped
1 tsp of paprila
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 tbsp of tomato paste
oil
