In this video I did a session in preparation for the 10k time trail I have coming up in a few weeks. Felt good to do a faster session, but held back slightly as it was days before a planned half marathon.
I would say that this session is one of the best for helping to improve your 10k time as it includes speed and endurance. Running it at your planned 10k pace would help to give you an idea of whether it is achievable.
