Ingredients:
1. Hilsa fish
2. Turmeric powder- sprinkle little on fish
3. Salt- Sprinkle little on fish
Keep aside for marination for 10 min
Make the gravy masala:
4. White mustard seed- 2 TBSP
5. Black mustard seed- 1 TBSP
6. Salt- 1/4 tsp
7. Green chili- 4 nos
8. Water- little bit
Grind it and strain the above mixture.
Make the coconut & curd mixture:
9. Shredded coconut- 1/2 cup
10. Curd- 1/2 cup(normal temperature)
Grind it.
Now take a plate and pour the above two mixtures & add
11. Turmeric powder- 1/2 TSP
12.. Kashmiri red chili powder- 1/4 TSP
13. Salt- As per taste
14. Mustard oil - 3 TBSP
15. Green chili- 6 nos( for extra good smell).
Now steam the fish as shown in video for ten minutes.
