Mouth-wateringly tasty chicken pakoras are a favorite hot snack food in Pakistan/India and usually made with veggies dipped in a yummy gram flour batter and deep fried. However, there's nothing to stop you from experimenting with using different meats, chicken and fish, as in this recipe for chicken pakoras. Everybody has their own variation for pakora batter and this recipe is unique and totally different then other chicken pakora It actually doesn't even use a traditional batter: the dry ingredients are simply added to the marinated chicken and potatoes to coat it.
Ingredients
Chicken boneless 300 gram
Potatoes 200 gram
Green coriander half cup
Salt to taste
1 tablespoons cumin seeds
1 tablespoons dry coriander
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Half teaspoon carom seeds
1 green chilli
(For Coating)
1 cup plain flour
Half teaspoon corn flour
Salt to taste
Half tablespoons chilli flakes
Half tablespoons dry coriander
Half tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons green coriander
