Rasam Recipe in Malayalam || Tamil Nadu Style
Rasam traditional soup with tamarind juice, tomato, chilli pepper and cumin, topped with coriander and ‘tadka’ is a hot favourite and must for most South Indians, and several others too who have acquired a taste for it.
This is prepared using no rasam powder.

Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil - 1tsp
mustard- 1/4tsp
asafoetida-2pinch
Red Chilli-2
Curry leaves
Pepper - 1tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cumin-1tsp
Tomato -2
salt
Tamarind - 1lemon size
