The 3 Force Multipliers that Took our Business to $220k/mo:
Force Multiplier #1: Content
You need to be posting more content, and you need to increase your frequency. You have a pool of prospects that are available to buy your offer. You will make more sales if they see you 20-30 times per week than if they were only seeing you 3-5 times per week. Post more and you will get more leads, more sales calls, and more clients.
Additionally, if you're running cold emails or cold calls - your prospects are searching you on Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter. You need to EXIST on those social media platforms. You need to have so much content that it's clear you're an authority figure.
Force Multiplier #2: More Touch Points Inside the Funnel
We placed a setter inside our business who will call and text the people who opt into our landing page. He calls 10 minutes after opt-in, then texts them. He will then call again in a couple hours, and text again.
This setter books us more sales calls, with higher quality prospects, and makes sure our closers are only getting onto sales calls with qualified prospects.
Additionally, the role of the setter, the role of the closer, the cold emailer, and the cold caller all have to be separate. You should not mix these roles because you will lose efficiency in your sales process. The cold emailer only cold emails. The closer only closes. The setter only sets.
You also need to be emailing your email list more, particularly with social proof.
Here are the different kinds of social proof:
1. Fear of missing out (FOMO) - this is where you show people how much fun you're having, the camaraderie you have with your clients, and in general all of you having a great time and getting results.
2. Screenshots of quantifiable results - We have a channel inside Client Ascension called the Wins channel. These is where people post screenshots of how much money they're making. I think take those screenshots and send it to the email list of everybody who has opted-in but has not yet booked a sales call.
3. Interviews - this is where you record an interview with your clients about how things are going. You talk about their results, what they're doing, and their plans for growth. This allows your prospects who have not joined to form a parasocial relationship with you. It allows them to gradually convince themselves on their own time that your product or service is for them, and more importantly - that they like you and the kind of people inside.
4. Lifestyle - this shows the lifestyle you live. If you show yourself doing things that your prospects would also like to experience, they begin to associate you as the gateway to experiencing that type of lifestyle.
Force Multiplier #3: Hire People
You should hire for fulfillment first. The reason being is that if you don't have somebody to help you out with the actual delivery of your service, you can't take on more clients because your whole system will break.
After you've hired for fulfillment, THEN you should hire a closer. The moment you hire a closer you will immediately get more sales calls. Why?
Because at this point you've hired for both fulfillment and for sales, and now you have nothing else to do but lead generation and get more calls in the first place.
