To Cook The Chicken:
1.5 kg chicken
2 medium onion, sliced
1.5 inch ginger, sliced(16 gm)
1 pod garlic, sliced (50 gms)
3 tomatoes, chopped (225 gms)
2 green chillies, slit
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water

For Roasting The Chicken:
2 tbsp coconut oil (wood pressed)
1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
3 tbsp coconut pieces, sliced
6 whole red chilies
1 onion, thinly sliced
curry leaves
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Can roast another 5 mins longer if you prefer.
I used very minimal oil; you can increase oil if you prefer.
