Jakarta street food at Sabang night market and Parade Kebaya Nusantara
I visited Jakarta night market at Sabang area and attend Parade Kebaya Nusantara, and the purpose of the visit is to try the street food which I've been told from my Jakarta friend. Next day morning, I accidentally catch the Parade Kebaya Nusantara.
At Jakarta night market, I walk around along street and see different stalls. They are all interesting, however I have only one stomach and finally eat at bellow 3 stalls: 1) Chicken Noodle and Meatball Soup (Mie Ayam & Sop Bakso), 2) Grill Duck (Bebek Bakar), 3) Seafood.
I also watched some other stall while they cook their own food, such as Fried Noodle (Mie Goreng), "Bobby Bola Ubi Kopong", kebab, "Martabak telur" etc.
Next day morning, I accidentally catch a culture event which is the Parade Kebaya Nusantara. I was impressed by this amazing event especially overwhelming by their colorful and beautiful costumes. I wish I understand more about the culture of "Kebaya".
I had a wonderful weekend.
