After over a year on the road, we decided to create a video based around a single day of riding. This video was recorded June 24th, 2022, day 416 of our tour. We started in the countryside north of Edinburgh and rode into the city to do some sightseeing before heading south into the hills south of town. We talk a bit about how we plan our trip on a day to day basis and our general pattern of ride, eat, ride, then eat some more.
