Two weeks out from my own EZGEL injections done by none other than @Nurse.Nat.Aesthetics. As I’ve gotten more fit, I’ve seen more volume loss around my eyes and my temples. I was a bit concerned of how filler might look in terms of being puffy in the area so instead, I elected to have EZGEL for my under-eyes, and simultaneously I had Sculptra injections to volumize my temples. Nurse Nat also mixed Sculptra and EZGEL for replacing the lost volume of my mid-face.
EZGEL, is the latest in regenerative medicine. It allows us to use our own platelets in blood as a volumizing biostimulatory filler. EZGEL is an amazing alternative for people that either don’t want to do synthetic fillers or have had poor experiences with fillers. In terms of longevity, we’ve had patients that have enjoyed six months, one year or longer. We’ve also seen patients that have had to repeat it after six to eight weeks so it really depends on your metabolism, the areas that are being treated, and whether or not the EZGEL is mixed with anything else like fillers or with Sculptra.
Under-eyes are one of the trickiest areas to treat, and if not done correctly or if done with the wrong product, it can lead to puffiness, and swelling that can be quite an unhappy experience. Going to someone that does under-eye treatment really requires a lot of expertise, a lot of experience, and knowing what product to use for which patient. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I had a little bit of swelling for about one or two days, and pain was pretty minimal. I had some soreness in my temples for a couple of days, particularly when I was chewing, I was reminded of the injections, but right after my treatments, I got back to seeing patients for treatments and really had no downtime.
