My local Costco's have been carrying less prime briskets and more choice briskets. So I decided to run an experiment!
Is a prime Costco brisket significantly better than a Costco choice brisket? We picked up one of each to smoke and experiment with.
Both briskets were roughly the same weight and both pretty tender in the package.
