Ixtur MRP-130F is a magnetic gripper for industrial automation and manual lifting. The magnet is well suited for robotic bin picking and unloading. The video demonstrates robot unloading of a bin that contains randomly placed steel workpieces.
For bin unloading, the MRP-130F magnetic gripper is covered by 1 mm thick stainless steel housing. The stainless steel housing decreases residual gripping force and helps in releasing light workpieces.
