I have thousands of dollars in my Citibank account, they stopped my DEBIT Card a month ago saying that it is compromised on their end. Since then I have called them more than 13 times spending each time more than one hour of my life to arrange a card delivery but they always failed to do it, not sending it at all, or sending it to the wrong address or sending it too late to a place where I was not anymore although I informed them my precise schedule. Yesterday I went in person to the Citibank office in Brazil to get cash for my travel so that I can pay bills that cannot be paid by credit. They made me waste almost 3 hours of my vacation in Rio de Janeiro see if I was eligible to receive emergency cash and after that they said it is too late in the United States bank is already closed and they cannot do it so I should come back on Monday. They do this on purpose every time I travel they are trying to stop me using my money instead they are using my money for their purposes. I have thousands of dollars that I have no access to. What is their job ? Give me my fucking cash When I need it! It's not a loan, it is a DEBIT CARD, this is real cash sitting in my account .
Worst of all I spent hours & hours of my vacation with them on the phone wasting my life with this piece of shit of scammers! And so it happens I talk to people who had the same experience !! JUST AVOID CITIBANK USA!!
Now GUESS WHAT!! I come back home, and there's money missing from my account! The money that I attempted to get over the counter in Brazil and they didn't want to give them to me, in fact they stole that amount from my funds and I had to call and tell them that I work for the media and will make a CNN report on them, and then they repatriated my funds in a day!
