Before anything, an Apology for the blurriness. It was unfortunately discovered afterwards that my camera was auto selecting a spot focus and blurred other areas.

Dinosaur, for my granddaughter turning 2 who has gone crazy for these ancient Animals. This was my surprise for her as I wanted to do something special yet did not know if I had it in me to do so. Layering the cake, creating waterfalls, the task of choosing right colors for the waterfall, the moss and the greenery field of grasses. Then learning to create mushrooms out of meringue when I have never made them before. Come to think of it, everything you see in this video is all 1st attempt for me.

Everything you see is edible except for the Dinosaurs... yah nooooo I am not that talented yet.
