I have been craving doubles so much these days, but it's hard to find doubles that I like in New York. I prefer my doubles bara to be paper thin and the channa to be super soft with a thin consistency. My condiments of choice are tamarind chutney, mango chutney, cucumber chutney, shadon beni/bandhania sauce, coconut chutney and roast pepper.
