Athens metro system is quite unique - this 4K UHD video covers operations on lines 1 and 3. Line 1 connects Athens with Piraeus city using the line built in the 19th century! Trains are massively covered by graffiti, I haven't seen any train that has the branded livery.
All lines are using third rail for power supply. Line 3 is unique as section between Doukissis Plakentias is combined for metro & railroad trains - overhead wires are used. Trains switch power supply near the Doukissis Plakentias station.
