No on Measure B from Roger Castillo, founder of Salmonid and Steelhead Restoration Group. Measure B will NOT fund Anderson Dam seismic retrofit -- there's not enough money in Measure B to pay for any of our dam repairs. Repair of Anderson will be funded from our water bills. So voting NO on Measure B will not delay the Anderson repair. The funding for dam repairs in Measure B would be better used to fund what can not be funded with our water bills, namely, the restoration of the ecological health of our streams. Voting No on Measure B will make the Water District come back with a more balanced tax proposal in 2016..
