Over the last 10 years, Pascall & Watson Architects have expanded hugely into more than 29 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle east and China. Huge opportunities are present in Beijing and Istanbul.
In terms of additional capacity in the South East of the UK, the proposition of doing nothing is unsustainable and will destroy the UK economy in an increasingly aggressive manner.
The notion that the South east needs a long-terms view but similarly, a decision needs to be made now so that implementation can begin so short- and medium-term views are also necessary.
The lack of an extra runway and added airport capacity has caused permanent damage but it won't be catastrophic if a decision is made soon to rectify it.
