Update: As @boymin3250 commented, you can also choose to be afk outside of the dungeon for 2.30 minutes for the dungeon to be reset (I haven't tested it though)

1. Leave dungeon using emote wheel
2. Complete any Whisper objectives (Collect animus and don't have to deposit them(this still works), for example. For invoking the ritual sites now you'll have to complete all the sites as I tested)
3. Travel to the dungeon via map
4. Enter the dungeon and enjoy farming a fresh nightmare dungeon of your choice
