▶ Ingredients :
● 300 g Broccoli
● 5 cloves, Garlic
● 2 tsp or to taste , Salt
● 2 tsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1 tsp, Soy Sauce
● Salt to taste
Method :
1. Blanch the stems for 10 seconds before the florets for 1 minute
2. Fry the garlic until golden.
3. Add the stems and florets, stir fry for 30 seconds
4. Season salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt (to taste).
5. Continue to stir fry for a few seconds.
6. Serve with steamed rice.
