Master Plan 2050 builds on the 2050 Place Vision and Strategy which sees Sydney Olympic Park as Sydney’s Beating Green Heart.
The draft Master Plan 2050 ensures there is a long-term development plan prepared for the whole of Sydney Olympic Park; this outlines the detailed controls to guide sustainable growth for the suburb.
Sydney Olympic Park Authority are excited to deliver Master Plan 2050, as it will benefit the local community by delivering more homes, job opportunities, community hubs and facilities, places to play and explore, new retail and public spaces to support a vibrant and liveable community that is well connected to greater Sydney.
Please note: all comments will be read by Sydney Olympic Park Authority, however you must submit your feedback formally on the NSW Planning Portal for it to be considered.
