BBQ Pig Tails (using Air Fryer)

Boil pig tails 3 times to eliminate salt.
Dip in cold water, towel dry, then season with dry ingredients.
Spray oil and lightly coat with flour.
Place in air fryer for 7 minutes at 350°F.
Check timer frequently depending on whether you wish a soft, crunchy, or crispy taste.
Combine wet ingredients to make sauce over low heat.
Add tsp sugar, corn starch, and coconut milk powder to thicken.
Transfer pig tails from fryer to sauce pan, turning often to cover in sauce.
Serve with plain rice.
