Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott says the city has taken what he calls significant steps to prepare for the impact of the severe weather that could come.One of those steps included canceling all outdoor community events and closing pools on Thursday and Friday--as one community braces for the worse.
It's the preparation before the storm.Remnants of Hurricane Debby are expected to impact the region with the most intense portions happening late Thursday into Friday--with gusty winds, heavy rain and areas prone to flooding, including Fells Point.
