Chinese kale comes in many forms and is a bit like broccolini with more leaves.
The kale is gently cooked to remain a little crunchy but you can cook longer for a softer texture if you prefer. The shrimp contrast nicely in color and together with the sauce makes a dish mouth-watering to look at and tasty to eat.
