It will take less time to seek approval for green innovation trials in Singapore. With the Green Economy Regulatory Initiative (GERI) -- a one-stop platform that removes the need to approach multiple agencies individually -- businesses can now expect authorities to respond within 30 days. Trade and Industry Minister Gan Kim Yong launched the initiative today at an awards ceremony honouring efforts to make Singapore more pro-enterprise. The authorities also hope the initiative will help introduce good sustainability solutions to Singapore.
