A judge found Henry Dinkins guilty of murdering and kidnapping 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in July 2020. The young Iowa girl was reported missing to the Davenport Police Department after she was in the care of Dinkins. Dinkins is the father of Breasia’s half-brother. Breasia’s body was found in DeWitt eight months after she vanished.
