I've been seeing it a lot lately - grid journaling. Many use it as a way to break creative block. Create a grid of squares and use similar medium in each square but arranged in a different way. This IS a fun way to get the creative juices flowing! I worked on watercolor paper outside my journal and then cut the page in half, adding it to my composition notebook art journal and added a few more embellishments.
