Bahan perapan:
4 Pisang muda(buang kulit,potong kiub)
1 sudu besar garam
Sedikit kicap pekat
1 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 sudu kecil pes bawang putih dan halia
Sedikit minyak
*gaulkan kesemua bahan diatas dan perap selama 20 minit
Sedikit tepung jagung
Minyak (untuk menggoreng)
Bahan tumis:
Minyak
3-5 ulas bawang putih(dicincang)
1 inchi halia(dicincang)
4 Cili hijau (dihiris)(nak pedas boleh lebihkan cili lagi)
1 cawan bawang merah(dipotong dadu)
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar tomato sos
Sedikit kicap masin soya
Sedikit lada benggala merah dan hijau
Sedikit air
Sedikit air + tepung jagung
Daun bawang (dihiris)
Cara memasak:
1 Perapkan pisang muda yang telah dipotong kiub dengan bahan perapan lain. Perap selama 20 minit. Kemudian masukkan tepung jagung sedikit dan gaul sebati. panaskan minyak kemudian goreng sehingga warna pisang menjadi keemasan. Angkat dan tapis. Ketepikan.
2 Sediakan kuali lain, masukkan sedikit minyak. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan cili hijau sehingga naik bau.
3 Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili, kicap masin soya sedikit dan sedikit air. Kacau sebati.

Marinate ingredients:
4 Raw bananas (remove skin, cut into cubes)
1 tbsp salt
A little dark soy sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
A little oil
*mix all the ingredients above and marinate for 20 minutes
A little corn flour
Oil (for frying)
Stir-fry ingredients:
Oil
3-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 inch ginger (chopped)
4 green chilies (sliced) (if you want it spicy, you can add more chilies)
1 cup onion (diced)
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
A little light soy sauce
A little red and yellow bell pepper
A little water
A little water + cornstarch
Spring onions (sliced)
Cooking method:
1 Marinate raw bananas that have been cut into cubes with other marinate ingredients. Marinate for 20 minutes. Then add a little corn flour and mix well. Heat the oil then fry until the banana turns golden. Lift and strain. Set aside.
2 Prepare another pan, add a little oil. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger and green chilies until aromatic.
3 Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, a little light soy sauce and a little water. Stir well.
4 Add a little water corn flour mixture and stir again.
5 Add bell peppers, raw bananas that have been fried earlier and stir well.
6 Ready to serve and put some slices of spring onion as garnishing.
