Do you want to know how much faster the download speeds are on the PS5 vs the PS4? I will be testing both systems side by side with a LAN internet connection and a WIFI connection. The original PS4 is limited to a 2.4ghz band and the PS5 has a 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz internet connection. The MAX download speed on the PS5 is capable of a gigbit connection. The original PS4 does not support gigabit speeds, but the PS4 slim and PS4 pro will. So I tested both consoles side by side using LAN and WIFI and these are my results... how fast is ps5 compared to ps4?
