Ingredients:
For the jackfruit:
400 gr jackfruit
1,5-litre fresh water
Pinch of salt
For the meat:
250 gr chicken breast
2 tbsp Bumbu Genep
50 cm banana leaves
Some Bambu skewer or toothpicks
For other condiments:
3 tbsp Bumbu Genep
A pinch of shrimp paste (from Balinese chilli and shrimp paste sambal)
1 tbsp fried chilli (from Balinese chilli and shrimp paste sambal)
1 tbsp fried shallots
1 tbsp fried garlic
Pinch of salt
A squeeze of Kaffir lime fruit juice (optional)
