SCAN – Small Claims Analysis Net is an EU funded project coordinated by University of Naples Federico II, involving other 8 Partners in Consortium. The primary purpose of this web portal is to ensure the efficient and practical implementation of ESCP – European Small Claims Procedure that was introduced by the EU regulation No. 861/2007 as amended by Regulation No. 2421/2015.
