The Master in Insurance & Risk Management is an accredited program for future Professionals, aspiring to develop their careers in Insurance, Finance, Risk Management and Consultancy at a global level.
It lasts 12 months (7,5 in classroom + stage) and welcomes participants from all over the globe.
This management development program gives participants a comprehensive understanding of current issues in management, with specific reference to the Insurance, Risk Management and Finance areas.
The Master program develops participants’ managerial competencies (making leadership decisions appropriate to a specific situation, reaching the goals faster, creating innovative plans, developing organizational models, being more effective and efficient in the use of time and under pressure, etc.) and provides them with technical tools and working instruments immediately applicable on-the-job.
The blend of technical training and managerial approach makes MIRM unique in Europe and allows its graduates to aspire to a variety of managerial roles.
Graduates’ skills are in great demand on the labor market and the School’s Corporate Network (40 international companies) offers continuous professional opportunities to MIRM graduates.

MIB Trieste School of Management has been an international center of higher managerial education for 30 years, it has been founded on the initiative of high profile companies and the academic world.
