The thorns of the fish is stuck in the throat
few hours before. During endoscopy a fish bone is stucking at the left pyriform fossa which is extracted out by grasping with forceps.

Procedure: Foreign Body Removal
Indication Foreign body in throat
Medication: Under sedation
FINDINGS:
FOL: An impacted fish bone is seen at the left pyriform fossa which is extracted out by grasping with forceps.
OESOPHAGUS: Multiple ulcers and erosions are seen at the lower end
of oesophagus.
STOMACH: Multiple erosions are seen at the antrum. Rest of the stomach appears healthy.
DUODENUM: The bulb is not deformed but multiple erosions are seen at the bulb.
BIOPSY: Not taken.
COMMENTS: Foreign body (fish bone) right pyriform fossa with erosive gastro-duodenitis (Please see the description also).
THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Foreign body (fish bone) removal done.
