Maxwell tells Fran that he loves her and doesn't take it back!

From Season 5 Episode 15, 'The Engagement'. Maxwell is ready to propose to Fran, but thanks to Niles, Fran, and everyone else already know. At the big announcement dinner, everyone is there except Maxwell who is still at the theatre. It turns out that Maxwell got mugged and the ring has been stolen! Fran goes to find Maxwell who is in a pile of trash. He decides to propose to Fran then and there; of course, she says yes!
