The session is based upon research by Cormac Russell looking into the four different modes of change. His research was based on the aviation industry around safety related changes, but the outcome is relevant across the board.
The session lasts an hour and gives participants an insight into four different types of change in organisations and how each mode of change is relevant dependent upon the change being undertaken. Examples of the four different modes are also shared. During the session there are discussion points and interactive activities that involve all, so please be prepared to participate.
