Stop your ship above the Dav's Hope Settlement (alttitude 200-250m, but a little less or more could also works). Activate your cargo scoop and send limpet. When it collects all materials exit to game menu and login again using solo mode and repeat all steps. I recommend to use minimum 64 limpets or more. This method is quick and very easy. You have to use three buttons only (activating cargo scoop, later activating limpet, and esc for exit to main menu :) ). Using this method you can't scan Settlement's Nav Beacon for data materials.
