nataraj is dance as a total meditation. there are three stages,
lasting a total of 65 minutes.
first stage: 40 minutes
with eyes closed dance as if possessed. let your unconscious take
over completely. do not control your movements or be a witness to
what is happening. just be totally in the dance.
second stage: 20 minutes
keeping your eyes closed, lie down immediately. be silent and still.
third stage: 5 minutes
dance in celebration and enjoy

Also to compliment the meditation process it’s a good idea if people are taking action to get all areas of their life and relations more healthy, balanced, & in order / in line with love and honesty (otherwise any suppressed or unresolved emotions, unhealthy habits, or heavy energy you clear in the meditation will just be recreated in your life- so regular meditation plus living a healthy balanced lifestyle & creative fun hobbies are both necessary to get the most out of the process, & to go deeper in health, love, and consciousness within and together).
The deeper you go in meditation the more clearly you can see into your life where you need to take action to clear up anything bothering you, & the more you clear up those things & relations the less thoughts & worries you will have & the deeper your meditation will go. This 2 part process creates a more clear & powerful individual & group energy.
Also if for some reason you feel the need to do something unhealthy or destructive (& you can’t stop yourself) just do it with awareness like a meditation- that self observation will reduce any robotic driven behaviour in you (& the more you resolve repressed emotions & connect to love & Spirit within the more you naturally feel like treating yourself & others well without even trying 🌲🤍✨). 💋
