Many people think that you should have the same Medicare Part D insurance company as you have for your Medicare Supplement Plan (like your Plan F, Plan G, ect.). For example, if you have an AARP Medicare Supplement Plan, you should get an AARP Part D Rx plan. However, in most instances this is NOT in your best interested. Medicare Part D Rx Plans can vary in price and formulary from one company to another, so it is important to shop your Part D plan based on your current Rx list.
