In this video, I travel from Plymouth to Penzance onboard a Great Western Railway Castle Class HST. As for the fish and chips I had for my dinner after I finished filming this video, it tasted good. I know, that fish and chips is quite healthy as there was a combination of cooking oil and salt. As an employee of a major British oil and petroleum company, all I can say about the oil used is that I approve.
