How to do a Kettlebell Halo- quick and to the point version. Halo's are an amazing shoulder mobility and core movement....when done correctly. Many people do these with a really fast, careless shortened range of motion, leaving lots of mobility and core gains on the table!
Be sure to not move your head or puff out your chest or ribs and feel the difference. Kettlebell should pass by both ears CLOSELY and get deep behind the head.
Long haired friends- top bun not a good choice for this exercise as it will be destroyed if doing it correctly.
