In the wake of allegations against Weinstein, Trump, the Presidents Club and MPs, claims of sexual harassment of women within business and organisations are being reported on a daily basis. For International Women’s Day City, University of London invited leading experts to discuss these very current issues and subsequent reporting by the media.
The panel was Madison Marriage - journalist at the Financial Times, Professor Chris Greer - Criminologist with expertise in organisational scandal, Professor Heather Brooke - Investigative Journalist who helped expose the 2009 MP expenses scandal. The event was chaired by Professor Lis Howell, Director of Broadcasting at City and expert and researcher on women in broadcasting
