In this video I review the High Speed Gear Industries ReFlex IFAK System. High Speed Gear Industries is a leader in the tactical accessories market. Owned and operated by veterans and producing made in America products.

The ReFlex IFAK is a two piece system, med roll and carrier, that is designed to carry organized medical supplies with ambidextrous accessibility. This system was designed around the medical supplies found in the U.S. Army issued IFAK.

The system can be vertically or horizontally mounted to belts from 1.5" - 2.25" and horizontally mounted to a MOLLE system. perfect for EDC to plate carriers. Carry handles are constructed of a "HANK" (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar Composite) for long term durability and allow the roll to be attached to the patient or hung from an I.V. rack. The outer shell has a place to secure a tourniquet and spandex type slots to hold Chem lights and/or sharpie for marking patients.

Measuring 8"×5.5"×3" and weighting. 485lbs as a whole system.
