In Affinity Publisher v1.8.1, Serif included the long-awaited feature that imports Adobe IDML documents. IDML is the Adobe InDesign's export format, called InDesign Markup Language. Problem is, if you are switching completely to Publisher and don’t have Adobe Creative Cloud, your native .indd files would not import into Publisher.
