I started with National Drug Screening (NDS) at the beginning of July of 2018. Coming up on my 1-year anniversary I cannot believe all that I have learned about the drug testing industry and all things DOT.
NDS has provided me with the education to be knowledgeable and the confidence to finally find the industry that I want to make my career. Drug Testing is an ever-changing field that I am excited to be a part of.
Earlier this year I was given the opportunity to step up in a role that has given me the chance to be trained as a collector myself as the Collection Site Coordinator. This has broadened my responsibilities which include speaking with collectors and drug test centers from all over the United States negotiating pricing for tests to be performed, requesting documentation for tests already performed, creating working relationships with the billing departments of the collection sites, and processing collection invoices for payment of services rendered.
I would not be able to do any of this without an amazing support structure outside of work. I have an unbelievably amazing husband that supports me in all that I do. We have a beautiful family that pushes us to be the best we can, to set an example for them so they can be better than us!
