In a controlled demolition, the Noida twin towers came crashing down in just 9 seconds. Once taller than Qutub Minar, Noida Supertech twin towers have been reduced to rubble. The controlled demolition seems to be successful even as dust cloud blankets parts of Noida. 3700 kg explosives brought down these illegal twin towers in the National Capital Region. Demolition team, police, and NDRF were present at the spot. Officials say largely demolition was as per the plana and an assessment of the area is underway.
