A BatMate is a piece of rubbery material that you can put under your wheel throwing bats. It helps the bats glue better to the wheel head and help avoiding any wobbling from bats that are not 100% flat.
A commercial BatMater - the BatMates you can buy in pottery shops, can however be quite expensive. So why not make your own?
