This 30 minute standing pilates workout will help to build Stronger Legs, Better Balance and Core control. There'll be lots of fun balance challenges and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class as it will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and will contain pulses, plies and lots of muscle burning movements. But don't worry, we'll have a lovely stretch at the end! It can be used as a warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
