In this video, I talk about how not all of us had what we might identify as "traumatic" childhoods, and yet, we may feel attachment wounds in our close personal relationships. If parents were "there-not there" or emotionally distracted, then it's possible that our nervous system experienced a level of distress and primal panic that now shows up in adult relationships.
