The stock tires are only glued on the outer part as stco it does not carry much speed. When adding power, the glue bond breaks causing the tires to balloon. Therefore, you need to reglue every tire completely. I do not use TSM and I do not recommend spending the money on TSM. I use a Futaba 3PV for speed runs but the stock Rx for regular running.
If you watch my "Speed Run" the car tracks well at the end when all tires are reglued and achieves 115 km/hr.
